Day 1

  • Getting ready for digital transformation: translating your company goals for ever product, service, and customer moment. Learn to use a KPI grid to gain a clear picture of every detail of your business. We go over the 4 Pillars in detail so you can make predictably successful decisions.

  • Translating your company goals per phase: At this point you’ll learn to transform each micro-moment into a macro overall goal for the business. Using one-on-one training and guidance, you’ll gain a clear picture of how to define digital goals.

Day 2

Day 2 dives deep into understanding and applying metrics. You’ll start by learning to use the right metrics for measuring: actionable vs. vanity

Then, you’ll learn how these metrics can directly apply to your sales funnel. Learn where each part on the grid relates to the funnel, so you can make confident, successful moves for your digital strategy.

Cedric Donck is Co-Founder and Dean at the Virtuology Academy. As an experienced entrepreneur, he’s launched various start-ups in the internet and communications sector. Since 2012, he has been a professional Business Angel and has invested in a dozen internet-based companies in Brussels, Paris, and Madagascar. In 2013, he created the Pimento Map, a unique, fast, and accurate methodology to validate and evaluate the chances of success of a business model. Furthermore, he is also an adjunct professor at Vlerick, where he lectures on the entrepreneurship and financing of SME’s.

Speaker Laurence Baeten

Laurence Baeten is a Client Service Director at blue2purple. She has been working for over 7 years in the digital sector, and has been lucky to transform her passion into a career. Laurence started as an expert in paid marketing campaigns going from Google search, to display, and even social platforms as well. She evolved throughout the years to adopt a more advisory role to advertisers in order to help them be successful in digital marketing. She uses data, knowledge, experience, and strategy to create real competitive advantages.
